money on furniture, appliances, lighting and more for your new home? Complete & submit this Home Revitalization Checklist! Donating to and making purchases from the Habitat for Humanity of Gaston County ReStore goes to
providing safe, stable homes for hardworking families in your community. We pick up for free and each
donation is tax deductible!

If you’re moving, and you have gently used furniture, appliances, and other things you want to say
goodbye to, write them here. On receiving your checklist, a ReStore team member will reach out to
you. (Note: for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept every type of item. See the attached
list of what we can and cannot accept. Call the ReStore for help if needed. Let us know if you have
more donations or requests than the number of lines provided. There is no limit.)

Looking for furniture, appliances, lighting and decor for your new home? Describe what you are
looking for, and we will send you an email with images of any items we have matching your
description! (ex. Leather loveseat, stone-top vanity, wooden chest-of-drawers)
