We Accept a Wide Variety of Items
Below is a list of items that we can accept, followed by a list of items we do NOT accept. All appliances must be electric. We do not accept gas-powered items. These items are subject to change with the ebb and flow of donations. If you don’t see an item on the list, or have a donation question, please call 980-289-1800.
If you have the means to bring your donations to the ReStore, we invite you to drop off your donations during business hours. It will give you the opportunity to visit our store and you never know what you might find at the Restore!

Items We Accept
- Antiques
- Appliances 10 years or less in age: stove, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers
- Cabinets
- Clean building materials
- Doors
- Electrical supplies
- Flooring or TILE TAKEN ON CASE BY CASE BASIS
- Furniture
- Hardware
- Home furnishings
- Housewares
- Light fixtures
- Lumber (minimum 6ft in length, no nails or staples)
- New unopened paint only
- Office furniture
- Patio furniture
- Tiny Tykes playsets
- Vinyl or wooden windows (no separate sashes or aluminum frames)
- Working tools, both manual and power
Items We Can’t Accept
- Baby cribs, mattresses, pads, safety seats, playpens, outdoor playsets
- Batteries
- Box springs and mattresses
- Building materials with screws, nails etc
- Broken, torn, stained furniture
- Clothing
- Computers or monitors/office cubicles
- Dishwashers
- Flammable liquids
- Garage doors or doors over 8ft.
- Hazardous materials
- Hot tubs
- Hot water heaters
- Organs/pianos or musical instruments of any kind
- Plush toys/ride-on or electric toys
- Shower doors
- Textbooks or encyclopedias
- Tires of any type or size
- Trampolines or any other child play item/large playground equipment
- Trophies
- TV’s
- Unassembled furniture (unless new in box)
- Unassembled items (unless new in box)
- Unframed mirrors or glass
- Used carpet which is stained or cut
- Used or opened paint
- Waterbeds
- Water coolers
